Weightmans completes merger with Ford and Warren
National law firm Weightmans LLP, which was first established in Liverpool, has now completed its merger with Ford and Warren.
The move further strengthens Weightmans’ position as a top 45 national law firm, bringing the combined staff count to over 1400 people, and a combined fee income in excess of £100 million.
The firm will continue to operate at the site at Westgate Point, Leeds, adding to its existing eight locations across the UK.
Weightmans Managing Partner, John Schorah said: “We are absolutely delighted to have now completed the merger with Ford and Warren. We look forward to being stronger together, and working in synergy to maintain the high standards we set ourselves for our clients.”
Ford and Warren Managing Partner, Peter McWilliams said: “The two firms share a common ethos, with similar cultures and strategies.
