MediaCityUK’s Knight Knox hits two new milestones
Property investment and buy-to-let firm Knight Knox has hit a duo of milestones in its growth figures and the size of its Manchester-based workforce.
June saw the firm achieve its strongest sales month since it became a limited company 11 years ago. Its team closed deals on 275 apartment properties, hitting a value of £34.7m and bringing Knight Knox’s aggregate sales figure to more than £137m.
In the same month the company also took on its 50th employee, who has joined the team at the Knight Knox headquarters on the MediaCityUK site.
Andy Phillips, the company’s commercial director, said: “We’re extremely committed to investing in a talented team – one that consistently delivers high-quality, successful developments that meet the growing demand of private investors within the off-plan property market.
“It’s an extremely exciting time to be joining Knight Knox and we’re confident the new appointments will help extend our footprint in the buy-to-let market.”
Knight Knox, which recently achieved Investors in People status, intends to move to larger offices by the end of 2015 in a bid to facilitate its future growth plans.
Speaking further about the company’s performance this year, Andy continued: “2015 has been another year of significant success for the company, after hitting the 50th development milestone earlier this year – bringing the total development value in excess of £446m.
“We’re really excited to be moving to larger premises and look forward to seeing the relocation aid the continued success of the business.”
