Ice Cream and Vintage Teas as Doncaster Law Firm Celebrates Expansion

Following Doncaster law firm Taylor Bracewell’s acquisition of the Downton Commercial Law practice on 3rd July and the subsequent move of its business, employment and dispute resolution teams to Downton Commercial’s offices at Ten Pound Walk, the firm welcomed many visitors to their new office at their launch party on 24th July.

The event was catered by Vintage Teas of Doncaster and the vintage ice cream bicycle/cart from Yorkshire Ice Cream Farm and, despite the weather being more autumnal than summery, everyone had a great time and enjoyed networking and catching up outside as well as having a look around the firm’s offices.

“Our business, employment and dispute resolution teams have been settling into their new home over the past couple of weeks” says Managing Partner Sharon Beck “and we were all very proud to show our clients, suppliers and new neighbours around our new offices and share this momentous occasion with them.”

The party was attended by representatives of Handelsbanken, Nat West, Santander, Barclays, PPH Commercial, Doncaster Chamber, Allotts, Hawsons, Fernie Greaves, Barnsdales, Craven Wildsmith, Doncaster CVS, Proactive, Finance for Enterprise, Taylor Bracewell’s ‘courtyard neighbours’ Royston Parkin and WH Prior, to name but a few, plus a number of representatives from the Academy for Chief Executives.

Going forward, every last Friday of the month starting on 28th August, from 4pm the Ten Pound Walk office will open its doors for informal chats or just to socialise before going home at the end of the working week.
