Gardner Leader shortlisted for award

A leading law firm in the South East, Gardner Leader, has been shortlisted for the Innovation category in this year’s West Berkshire Business Awards.

Now in their third year, the awards were founded to recognise and celebrate success amongst the local business community and this year has seen a record number of entries.

Gardner Leader is the only local law firm in the finals, selected by the judges for their innovative approach to client service and the introduction of an ongoing, continuous improvement programme which has proven to positively impact the speed and quality of their service.

Derek Rodgers, Managing Partner of Gardner Leader solicitors in Newbury, Thatcham and Maidenhead, commented on being shortlisted in the Innovation category in this year’s West Berkshire Business Awards:

“Being shortlisted for the innovation award gives us encouragement that the systems we are implementing to enhance our clients’ experience are working. Over the last two years members of staff across all three offices have been given the opportunity to get involved in our ongoing continuous improvement programme, which we have called ‘Evolve’. Each cycle of the improvement programme reflects feedback from our clients, enabling us to make permanent changes to our processes and culture in line with our overall objective of giving our clients peace of mind. Reaching the finals of the West Berkshire awards reinforces the success of the project to date.”

The winners of the West Berkshire Business awards 2015 will be announced at the awards ceremony on 16th October at Newbury Racecourse.
