Rethink strengthens management team with new arrival
ReThink Recruitment – part of the Rethink Group - has appointed Paul Archer as Regional Sales Manager of its Birmingham office.
Paul has over 12 years’ experience in the international IT and Professional Services arenas across Europe, The Middle East and Asia Pacific. His most recent role was at Experis where he had full accountability for developing and growing go-to market solutions through Europe. Prior to this, Paul was General Manager of Itcom Australia where he was responsible for strategic, operations, sales and profit & loss operations and reported directly to the CEO.
In his new position Paul will drive new business sales, establish the firm’s Professional Services division as well as embedding the new Rethink Best Practice Framework.
Commenting on his appointment, Paul says:
“It’s an exciting time for Rethink and I’m looking to hit the ground running in my new position. The company has achieved impressive growth over the past few years and I’m looking forward to becoming part of its future success. There are great foundations in place to implement new initiatives and business strategies and I’m convinced we will be well equipped to deliver further growth in 2016 and beyond.”
Rob O’Callaghan, Executive Director at Rethink Group, welcomed the new arrival:
“Paul brings with him an impressive track record and we’re looking forward to welcoming him to our already strong management team. Our Birmingham office has been one of the most successful profit centres for the Rethink Group and remains an essential revenue stream for both our talent management and open market business operations. Getting experienced specialists like Paul on board is critical to the continued development required to drive future growth.”
