Johnson Fleming shortlisted in Cover Excellence Awards 2015

Leading, workplace pensions and employee benefits specialist, Johnson Fleming has been shortlisted in the Employee Benefits Intermediary of the Year category at the Cover Excellence Awards 2015.

The entry submitted detailed a recent project for a client in the Technology sector; outlining Johnson Fleming’s strategy for keeping the business healthy – which they believe is one of the key components to running a successful organisation.

Johnson Fleming was established with the aim of providing excellent customer service in the financial services sector. Founder and CEO Simon Fletcher identified that most employee benefit consultants were very good at the initial advice, brokerage and consultancy, but after that their customers would not hear from them again until the renewal or review window.
