West Midlands Cleaning Company Appoint New Area Manager
A Birmingham-based cleaning company have appointed a new Area Manager due to a huge period of success and rapid business growth.
NECS UK Ltd. have seen a fivefold increase in business growth over the past twelve months, resulting in the appointment of new Midlands Area Manager, Agostinho Jesus, better known as AJ.
The Midlands Branch was previously overseen by NECS Yorkshire Manager, Robert, but due to growth and high demand, the need was clear that a dedicated regional manager was necessary to cope with fantastic local demand.
AJ has worked in the service industry for a number of years and his most recent employment prior to NECS was in a similar managerial role for a cleaning company, at which he enjoyed three very successful years.
Reporting to Jim, the recently appointed Operations Manager, AJ is responsible for ensuring clients are happy with levels of service and that all operatives are performing to the correct standards. AJ is accountable for recruiting and training new staff, as well as completing all paperwork, reporting rotas and payroll for staff.
NECS Birmingham currently have 12 employees and this is set to rise again in the next six months.
“I am delighted with the level of growth we have seen in the Midlands over the last 12 months. From the launch of our Midlands office in 2013, we soon established a good customer base over the first year and have exceeded targets for growth since then,” explains Gary.
“At NECS we have a proven management system in place which is backed up by our ISO accreditations. This makes it easier for us as a business to take our brand into new areas and ensure we offer the same excellent customer service we do in our other more established geographies. It enables people wishing to use our service to see that ours is a brand with a proven track record in delivering high quality cleaning services, with consideration to the environment and in a safe manner.”
“AJ’s appointment to service this area is part of our plans to continue to grow across the Midlands and we look forward to working with him in the months and years ahead,” Gary concludes.
NECS have enjoyed a successful year across all of their branches in the UK, and hope to carry on their success and growth throughout 2016.
