Beaumont Legal Launches Online Commercial Property Calculator

Beaumont Legal, one of the fastest growing law practices in the UK, has launched a bold new online commercial property quote calculator to allow businesses to gain legal fee estimates at any time of day or night – an option previously available only to residential customers.

Small and large business owners can now gain legal fees for commercial sales and purchases, plus commercial leases for both landlords and tenants, without needing to pick up the phone.

As Yorkshire’s largest residential conveyancing firm, Beaumont Legal has built a reputation as being at the forefront of technology and transparency in the industry and has used expertise in residential conveyancing to expand the firm’s offering in commercial law.

“Despite the fact that many law firms say they offer fixed fees, they still require people to call or email for a quote, rather than putting their prices online,” says Roy Cusworth, Senior Partner and Head of Commercial Law at Beaumont Legal. “This can be especially challenging for small business owners, who want their commercial legal service to be the same as when they buy or sell their home, even though cases can be much more complex.”

The new offering has been developed by Beaumont Legal’s new recruit Andrew Darnton, who joined the firm having worked with national retailers, local businesses and private investors. Mr Darnton worked closely with Wakefield-based website and graphic design agency SR Creative, who were influential in creating the simple, user-friendly layout of the online calculator.
