Care firm seeks new recruits following expansion

Hertfordshire carers are invited to attend a special recruitment roadshow where they will have the opportunity to meet the team from SweetTree Home Care Services and learn more about opportunities to join its award winning team.

Following ongoing expansion across the South East, SweetTree is increasing its specialist care team, which supports those with age related frailty, dementia, learning disabilities, brain injuries, neurological conditions and palliative care needs. Founded in 2002, the company has been awarded Investors in People Gold, an accreditation achieved by just 7% of organisations in the UK.

The recruitment fair is being held on Wednesday 23 September, from 10am–3pm, at Allum Hall & Manor House, 2 Allum Lane, Elstree, Hertfordshire, WD6 3PJ.

“It is an exciting time for SweetTree as we are expanding our already 400-strong team,” explains Barry Sweetbaum, managing director of SweetTree. “We are looking for exceptional, caring and dedicated support workers and carers to join us and help us meet the increasing demand for our services. If you have a background in care and would like to join our highly successful domiciliary care team, the roadshow will be the perfect opportunity to learn more.”

He added: “We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live independently in their own home, with dignity, freedom of choice and control over their lives and we make this vision a reality by employing the best people and by adopting a team approach to the provision of our services. We place great importance on the ongoing professional development of all our employees and we’re very proud of our comprehensive, ongoing training programmes.”
