20 new jobs created at Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants

20 new job opportunities are now available at Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants’ three Bolton Abbey properties, which include The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa.

The new positions are open to individuals of all ages, with or without hospitality experience, in various departments within the hotel business, including housekeeping, reception, front of house, spa and kitchen team.

At this current time there are 100 people employed at Devonshire Arms Hotel, Bolton Abbey; 25 at Cavendish Pavilion at Bolton Abbey; and 20 at Devonshire Fell at Burnsall.

The hospitality company offering professional care and services to all employees, who will undergo personal and professional development through open communication, ongoing training and embracing a healthy work/life balance.

One success story of Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants, which has been shortlisted for this year’s Caterer’s ‘Best Employers in Hospitality Awards’, is that of Head Chef, Adam Smith.

Adam’s culinary skills and talents have developed from washing pots in a Birmingham pub to winning a ‘Roux scholarship’ in 2012 and maintaining a 4 AA rosette standard of excellence in the hotel’s Burlington Restaurant.

On Thursday 1st October, Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants will host a recruitment day in Skipton. The recruitment event will take place at Tyro Training, 8am – 5pm.
