ForWorks to deliver eight-figure property maintenance contract
Construction firm ForWorks has won a multi-million pound contract to provide maintenance services for Villages Housing Association.
The £31.2m deal will see the Salford-based company carrying out responsive repairs and voids work on the 2,800 properties owned by the housing association, which is a member of the ForViva group.
ForWorks’ director, Steve Parrington, said: “Our contract with Villages Housing Association provides us with a welcomed opportunity to deliver and share excellence across the ForViva housing group, and is a great example of how working in partnership can produce the best results for customers.”
The contract win follows ForWorks’ appointment to two lots of public sector purchasing consortium LHC’s national framework, which will allow to the firm to bid for contracts worth up to £250k across the North West and North Wales.
Discussing the recent wins, Steve continued: “The past 12 months has been a period of exceptional growth for ForWorks.
“Our latest appointments once again highlight that we have the skills and expertise to provide a first-class service to housing associations, and other organisations operating in the public sector.”
