North West law firm SAS Daniels expands with new service
SAS Daniels LLP, a law firm based across Greater Manchester and Cheshire, has expanded with a new service to help schools manage staff more efficiently.
The company, which has offices in Stockport, Chester, Macclesfield and Congleton, has introduced Education 360, a new HR, legal and administrative support service geared towards schools.
John Cook, Head of the Employment Law and HR Team at SAS Daniels says: “With many other law firms charging by the hour or only attending a meeting when dismissal is a possibility, our service provides schools with a full service so the best outcome for the school can be achieved.
“Dealing with any staff issues can be extremely time consuming. This service is the first of its kind and brings together the best legal, HR, employment and administration expertise available from one team to provide an employment and HR service combined with HR administration and payroll, all in one place.”
The new service will be delivered by SAS Daniels’ employment legal and HR team, which includes Janine Jodrell and Karen Reid, who joined the firm from Stockport Council and have 20 years’ experience in payroll.
Additionally, SAS Daniels is due to team up with Alan Hewitt, an education specialist, to provide a consultancy service to schools and other organisations requiring support for strategic planning, processes and systems.
John continued: “Our latest appointments support our expert team of lawyers and HR consultants.
“Alan brings an additional element to schools’ leadership teams who need practical support to manage change as part of their ambition to becoming ‘outstanding’ and Janine and Karen bring in-depth knowledge of payroll issues in an educational setting.”
