Guidant Group hailed top RPO/MSP by recruitment body

International managed services and recruitment process outsourcing company, Guidant Group, has been honoured by the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) for its exceptional performance.

The company, which is part of Impellam, was awarded RPO/MSP of the Year at the 2015 APSCo Awards for Excellence for its ethical, innovative and tailored approach to supply chain management.

These coveted annual awards recognise and celebrate achievement in the recruitment profession and are a major indicator of professional standards throughout this sector. They are the only awards in the field that require all shortlisted businesses to attend a Q&A session.

The independent judging panel included senior representatives from organisations including RBS, Deloitte and the CIPD.

Commenting on the win, Melanie Forbes, CEO of Guidant Group, said:
