Multi Sector Recruiter opens new South Coast branch

Wolverhampton based multi sector recruiter PLS Recruitment has announced the opening of a new South Coast branch, the first away from its traditional Midlands base.

The business, who provide both temporary and permanent recruitment services, has launched a new operation based in Bognor Regis that will provide staffing solutions in the Industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors for the area as well as nearby towns and cities including Portsmouth and Southampton.

The move comes as the continued economic recovery provides new jobs and opportunities for people with a variety of skillsets, with the South Coast enjoying a particularly strong period, the move represents the first presence outside of the West Midlands and is the first of a number of branches the business expects to open over the next 12 months.

The new Bognor Regis branch will be headed up by branch manager Lorraine Lovelock, who has over 15 years’ experience within the recruitment industry and has a very impressive reputation within the region, PLS Recruitment operations director Hayden Dando said “ Lorraine is an impressive addition to the PLS team, she has a fantastic track record and is the ideal person to implement and push forward the new operation down in the South“.

PLS was founded by Managing Director Craig Wood and his business partner Anthony Lambert, who had themselves previously used Recruitment agencies and been disappointed with the standards set by those companies so they created PLS Recruitment with an emphasis on service for the clients and has so far provided 11 jobs at both its Wolverhampton branch and head office and over the next few months will create a further 3 roles within the Bognor Regis operation, whilst branches are planned in Milton Keynes, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol and Glasgow, speaking on the Bognor Regis launch day Craig said “Since we began PLS Recruitment we have seen a number of exciting changes, Bognor is the latest of those and we are delighted to have arrived in the area, our main aim now is to work with companies in and around the area with the same emphasis on service that we provide up in the Midlands”.
