HECSU launches autumn Graduate Market Trends
Supporting the start of a new academic year, the Higher Education Careers Services Unit (HECSU) has launched the autumn edition of Graduate Market Trends (GMT) with the latest research, policy and case studies.
Autumn GMT cites the latest graduate destination data as well as research on the pathways of rural students and insight from Creative Skillset’s workforce survey.
An interview with Stephen Isherwood, Association of Graduate Recruiters CEO, uncovers the latest behind the organisation, use of data in recruitment, skills and retention. And the Head of the International Centre for Guidance Studies, Tristram Hooley, considers social justice and the graduate labour market.
GMT also introduces the first of a new column by regular contributor Brian Hipkin, who explores a possible new world of student experience.
Aphrodite Papadatou, editor of GMT said: “With the return of the GMT interview, the launch of a quarterly column and case studies, plus a collection of some of the best research and policy articles around, this edition of GMT tackles the multifarious dynamics of the new academic year and seeks reliable signposts for the road ahead.”
