New appointment at Maximizer Services
Maximizer’s new Sales Director for Americas to drive focus on growth of mid-sized businesses
Vancouver, Canada, (09 November 2015) – Maximizer Services, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, has announced the appointment of Patrick Sutherland as its new Director of Sales for the Americas. Sutherland’s hiring comes at an exciting time for the company, as it recently completed a global rebranding and repositioning that emphasizes its commitment to mid-sized businesses and has just launched the newest, most cloud-friendly version of its software yet, Maximizer CRM 2016.
In his new role, Sutherland aims to help Maximizer increase customer engagement at all levels of the business and ensure that the company’s clients get value from their CRM investment. He intends to leverage his experience in vertical markets development and his collaborative management style to expand the company’s business in the Americas, and will coordinate with other senior managers to deliver on Maximizer’s customer intimacy strategy.
With 20-plus years of experience in software sales, which includes long term leadership roles at SAP, Business Objects and Crystal Decisions, Sutherland will work closely with his sales team to strengthen business partnerships and client relationships. A native of Vancouver, where the company is headquartered, Sutherland has also worked in Toronto and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Sutherland notes: “Getting to know our customers on a one-to-one level will allow us to better understand their business challenges and recommend effective CRM solutions that add value to their businesses.
