Lancashire-headquartered IFA expands with new legal division
True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners, an independent financial advice firm based in Chorley, has expanded with the launch of a new legal arm.
The new arm will focus on legacy planning for both businesses and individuals with the aim of helping them protect their wealth and plan ahead.
The company’s chairman, George Critchley, said: “Wills, trusts and all forms of estate planning are the cornerstone of professional financial planning for our clients.
“The addition of an in-house legal services division has been created to provide genuine client-centred financial planning, which will prove to be a tremendous added value service for our advisers and clients alike.”
Two barrister intermediaries Debbie Newsham and Diane Bush, have been chosen to head up the new legal division.
Diane joined the firm recently and is currently undertaking her accreditation exams, while Debbie was recruited 12 months ago to run a trial of the new services.
