Dynamic Duo Launches Specialist Recruitment Service

Duane Cormell and Abbie Hart, two ambitious recruiters aged 27, are celebrating the launch of a new specialist legal recruitment consultancy. Realm Recruit begins trading this month and will work with a variety of private practices, ranging from niche and boutique firms, to Legal 500 listed regional practices.

Based in Altrincham, Cheshire, the new consultancy will focus on recruiting outstanding talent throughout the North and the Midlands.

Using award-winning technology and advanced methodology, Realm will take an innovative approach to candidate assessment, going beyond the traditional CV approach to save administrative time, reduce costs and drastically increase employee retention, breeding a whole new level of efficiency.

Duane has specialised in legal recruitment for five years and is a recognisable figure in the West Midlands and North West markets. He has recruited for a range of private practices and public sector bodies, as well as a number of Blue Chip companies.

Abbie is an experienced recruiter who has focused on the legal sector in recent years. She has extensive experience in the North West legal market, having worked with a large number of private practices in the region.
