~~Hart Brown awarded LawNet Mark of Excellence Award

Firm recognised for best client satisfaction and customer service at LawNet’s flagship event

The Mark of Excellence award was awarded to Hart Brown, for outstanding performance on LawNet’s independently assessed mystery shopping and client satisfaction measurement. The award, which is not an open category for general entry, was presented to Nigel Maud, Partner at Hart Brown. The recipients of this special award are selected by the judges and it is given on merit. A combination of factors are analysed from a mystery shopping programme and the customer satisfaction surveys completed. For customer satisfaction Hart Brown came out on top.

On receiving the award, Nigel Maud congratulated the whole of the Hart Brown team. “Over the last 18 months we have been using the mystery shopping programme as a tool to help us learn and improve. To have these efforts recognised by LawNet, with a special award that we didn’t apply for, is a real acknowledgment of our efforts. But results such as this are only achieved with great people working well together, understanding the needs of the client and the strategy of the firm. Well done to everyone on achieving this award.”

Chris Marston, chief executive of LawNet, commented that these awards give recognition to people behind exceptional initiatives. “Independent law firms are ideally placed to demonstrate what it means to be innovative in the legal sector. That, combined with a commitment to excellence, is what our awards recognise. Our awards allow us to recognise the people behind these exceptional initiatives.”

The award was presented at the LawNet conference held at Heythrop Park Resort, Oxfordshire.
