Another top 100 firm adopts Laserform Hub to embrace the future of digital submissions
Top 100 law firm, Addleshaw Goddard has adopted Advanced Legal’s Laserform Hub as a route to submitting forms to Companies House.
As one of the country’s leading law firms with a focus on sectors including energy and utilities, financial services, industrials, retail and consumer, real estate and transport, Addleshaw Goddard wanted a more efficient, cost-effective and safer way of submitting forms to Companies House.
The Laserform Hub delivers an experience that unifies the submission of data to government portals whilst introducing business-focused capabilities. These include auditing and reporting on submissions, team working, risk management, data validation and collaboration.
The firm needed to complete forms through the portal without the risk of timing out, saving drafts for later completion or review by a colleague, as well as the ability to easily attach and preview attachments to ensure the correct documents are sent.
Richard Gaston, Research and Knowledge Manager, Addleshaw Goddard, comments, “The Laserform Hub has enabled our firm to embrace digital submissions whilst offering efficiencies beyond the time saving aspect. The Hub has been designed with law firms’ needs in mind. Pre-population, mandatory fields and validation all help to ensure a more efficient and cost-effective solution to offer our clients a reliable and efficient service.
“It is important to Addleshaw Goddard that we work with a supplier which is looking to the future and offers an all-encompassing solution.
“Advanced Legal has taken the time to consider all the relevant challenges that a law firm faces when submitting data to government portals. The ability to manage, track and report transactions efficiently, is just one of the reasons we use the Laserform Hub.”
Doug Hargrove, Managing Director, Advanced Legal, comments, “Advanced Legal has a clear understanding of what is required by law firms. We’ve made it our mission to ensure we help firms bridge the gap between the fragmented nature of the government gateways and the collaborative and integrated way in which legal professionals work.
“That is why we are committed to providing a unified, simple to use portal where firms can embrace the future of all digital submissions in one place.”
