Cyber Success for Cheshire Accountant
A recent investment into the latest online technology has been a triumph for Cheshire accountant Paul Austen Associates.
The firm has already migrated 20 clients over to the new scheme and following such a great response from those that have signed up, the rest of its customer base will soon be upgrading to the service.
Paul Austen Associates is now more accessible to a wider geographical catchment area and supports those “time-starved” clients, whilst also benefitting the environment as it negates the need to travel.
The cyber investment helped the accountancy firm extend its national reach as the futuristic visual platform provides a ‘real time’ service. Now clients can interact with the firm whilst both viewing online accounts documents.
The accountants and their clients can now log into the network at the same time and converse about their accounts from separate locations – even using conference calls to discuss any impending topics.
Managing Director, Paul Austen put himself one step ahead of competitors by offering a collaborative working environment which is more suited to the clients with hectic schedules.
Paul commented: “The new provision has really worked for the 20 clients who have signed up to the scheme. Sometimes our accountants, or the clients can be travelling great distances to hand over important books and documents but this new technology means that is no longer necessary as we can both look at the same documents on screen at the same time.
“There is now a demand from remaining clients who have not yet moved over to the new service as they can all see the benefit of having access to their accountant at a more convenient time for them.”
