Lynne Makinson-Walsh has joined Dreamr as Head of Aspiration. This rather unusual job title was chosen to encapsulate Lynne’s role in developing the vibrant Dreamr team in all aspects of their career and personal development.
Dreamr’s clients will also reap the benefits as the app developers, graphic designers and web developers gain even more skills.
Dreamr Director, Mylo Kaye said: “It gives me huge pleasure to have Lynne working with us here at Dreamr. It’s something that I’ve wanted to happen for a long time, and now it’s a reality.
Our commitment here at Dreamr to get the best out of people, combined with Lynne’s dedication to helping our team’s career development, and training will ensure that we’re creating an environment where each person can thrive both professional and personally.“
This extends beyond Dreamr itself. In addition to developing relationships through their Chamber membership, Lynne has recently engaged with two local creative colleges whose students visited Dreamr to gain an insight into how a city centre agency works.
Dreamr’s Head of Aspiration, Lynne Makinson-Walsh said: “Having worked for over 30 years in the corporate sector, working with Dreamr is a real breath of fresh air. The whole team is so keen to develop, and it gives me a real buzz to see them putting what they’ve learned into practice. It’s great to work with a company which values its people so much.”
