Styles & Wood reappointed to multi-million pound TSB Bank framework
Property services and project delivery firm Styles & Wood Group plc has been reappointed to a multi-million pound national framework by TSB Bank plc.
The five-year deal, estimated to be worth between £10m and £15m for Styles & Wood, will see the company working alongside another contractor to fit out, refurbish and reconfigure around 200 TSB Bank branches across the UK.
Altrincham-headquartered Styles & Wood will also install ATMs and new technology to improve customer experience.
Styles & Wood’s chief executive, Tony Lenehan, said: “We are delighted to have secured a place on this revised national framework.
“We have enjoyed an excellent relationship with TSB Bank and look forward to working closely with them to deliver an exceptional offering to their customers.”
He added: “Banking remains a significant area of focus and expertise for the group and we are now providing support services in the retail, office, complex projects and technologies segments for a number of tier one clients.”
Arcadis has been appointed as the lead consultant for the framework.
