Johnson Service Group predicts strong 2015 performance
Johnson Service Group, the textiles business based in Cheshire, has confirmed it expects its upcoming full-year trading results to meet market forecasts, putting it in line to significantly outperform the previous year’s figures.
The company, which operates the Johnson Cleaners brand of dry cleaning businesses, is also expecting its net debt to be “slightly lower” than last June’s £72.4m, according to a report released by the firm this morning (January 6).
Johnson Service Group has named a number of factors underpinning its predictions, including its acquisition of linen firms Ashbon Services Limited and London Linen for £6.25m and £65.4m respectively.
In H1 2015, the company saw its pre-tax profit leap by 18.8%, potentially signalling a new era of growth for the Runcorn-based firm.
