Recruitment goes into overdrive as Synergy Automotive’s turnover hits £1.5m

Synergy Automotive, the Harrogate-based national vehicle leasing and contract hire company, concluded 2015 with a a 33% staff increase and continued business growth.

The company, which provides B2B and B2C car leasing, contract hire and finance services to customers across the UK, has made seven new appointments in seven months - increasing the team to 22.

Among the new recruits is three new client services employees, three sales account managers, and marketing and communications manager Nicola Ech-Channa who has over a decade of brand marketing and commercial experience.

The recruitment drive followed a growth period for the company, which has posted a 66% sales increase over the last three years; almost doubled its turnover to £1.5m across 2014-2015; and expanded into new offices on Hornbeam Park.
