Liverpool entrepreneur launches new e-commerce platform
Family Go Live, the Liverpool-based parenting magazine, has expanded into retail after launching its own online shop, ShopFamilyGoLive.Com
The firm will sell products for families and youngsters across a number of categories, including toys and games, furniture and clothing.
The shop’s director, Liverpool entrepreneur Denise Harris, said that with so many businesses looking to reach parents and families, the launch of an e-commerce platform for them was “a natural move”.
Denise, who is also the director of the SK Events-run Liverpool Food and Drink Festival, continued: “Our magazine has always existed to do one important thing: make life easier for busy parents and it was a natural step to develop another branch of the strong existing brand that is Family Go Live.
“Internet shopping has made life much simpler, but it’s still far too easy to lose an afternoon walking diligently from shop to shop or even going from website to website trying to find what you want.”
