Tesco's Bole lands CFO role at Virgin Money
Newcastle-based Virgin Money has revealed that Tesco Bank’s Peter Bole will join the firm in 2017 as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Currently working in a CFO capacity, Peter has led the finance function at Tesco Bank since 2009. He has also previously held senior roles in the finance function of RBS and as an Investment Director at Standard Life.
Highly experienced in UK retail banking, including the migration of Tesco Personal Finance from RBS, Peter will also be appointed as an executive director at Virgin.
Glen Moreno, Chairman of Virgin Money, said: “After an extensive selection process I am delighted to announce that Peter Bole has been appointed as CFO of Virgin Money. He is an accomplished professional with first-class strategic financial management experience. I am very much looking forward to working with Peter as we continue to grow the business.”
