Investar to unlock growth following Deansgate move
Investar Property Group (IPG) has secured a new base in Manchester to accommodate its growth plans
The property investment firm is moving from its current office in Salford Quays to 2,260 sq ft of space on the fifth floor of 39 Deansgate.
IPG’s chief executive, Michael Dong, said: “The property market here in the UK is very buoyant; it is attracting new UK and overseas investors and we are uniquely positioned to help them.
“Coupled with our track record of creating opportunities for our clients through our property expertise and strong relationships both local and international, this has driven our growth, the need to expand our team and this move into larger premises.”
The head of commercial property at Cheshire-based Chafes Solicitors, Daniel Woodcock, advised on the deal.
Daniel commented: “Having worked with IPG on a number of projects over the past 18 months I have been impressed with their innovative and flexible approach to projects for their clients.
“Acquiring new premises will give them the space they require to continue expanding their team and we were pleased to advise this valued client on yet another real estate deal.”
IPG’s recent growth drive has seen it appoint a new fund manager, Matt Faherty, and development manager Ross Lancaster.
