New Appointment at Just Housing Group

One of the UK’s leading social housing support services business - Just Housing Group (JHG) - has announced the appointment of Anna O’Halloran to the role of Managing Director for the groups consultancy division to facilitate the business’ new consultancy offering designed to help housing organisations across the country more effectively meet increasing demands on their services.

With just over three decades of experience in the housing sector, Anna brings with her a wealth of expertise in consultancy services that will be pivotal in shaping the additional strand to the business.

JHG has carved a reputation in the housing sector for providing leading consultancy services in its repairs and maintenance division – including comprehensive service reviews – which have allowed its client’s to increase performance significantly, as well as make substantial financial savings.

Speaking on her new role, Anna O’Halloran said: “I am delighted to be working at Just Housing Group and I share the company’s passion for providing solutions that will add real value for new and existing clients, especially as the sector faces increasingly challenging times ahead.

“We have plans to utilise JHG’s highly successful consultancy approach adopted in the repairs and maintenance division and apply it across the other services offered by housing businesses. I am very much looking forward to utilising a strategic approach and work alongside clients who want to pursue different delivery options and service solutions.”

Anna has hands on experience in the sector having held various positions with numerous housing associations and local authorities. As a former Director of CIH Consultancy, Anna has successfully led on ground breaking projects transforming how organisations will operate in the future. As an Associate Director at Capita Anna assisted Housing Associations to identify areas where they needed to be more commercial.

Established in 2004, Just Housing provides services and support in the supply, management and maintenance of social housing. The organisation successfully leads in transforming and creating Direct Labour Organisations (DLO) and with offices in London the company employs 25 staff.
