Trethowans acts for Harlow Bros Holdings Ltd on its purchase of Bolt Building Supplies Ltd

The corporate team at Southampton, Poole and Salisbury based Trethowans Solicitors has advised Harlow Bros Holdings Limited, located near Loughborough, in relation to its purchase of Bolt Building Supplies Limited.

Bolt Building Supplies is an independent builders merchant and timber engineering business which is based in Halstead, Essex. Bolt Building Supplies has an annual turnover of £15 million. Paul Harlow, a director of Harlow Bros commented that: “We want to continue to build on the fantastic work that Bolt Building Supplies have done in the past 30 years. The acquisition will provide many opportunities for the Harlow Group both geographically and in terms of the products and services it can offer.”
