Manchester Lawyer’s Travelodge investment deal
Manchester-based commercial property specialist Mark Niven has completed the £12.96 million purchase of a Travelodge investment for a Monaco-based family office within weeks of joining Clarke Willmott.
The Travelodge in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey was sold by SI Pension Trustees through specialist agents, Colliers International.
Mr Niven joined Clarke Willmott LLP as a Partner at its offices in Spring Gardens, Manchester in December bringing with him a range of clients for whom he carries out investment, portfolio management, development work and secured lending work.
He joined Clarke Willmott from Chatham Chambers in Cheadle, Cheshire having previously worked at Eversheds and Brabners in Manchester.
