YOPA LAUNCHES IN LIVERPOOL

New hybrid estate agency YOPA has launched in Liverpool.

Home owners on Merseyside looking to sell their properties can now do so for as little as £780 – potentially saving themselves thousands of pounds in the process.

YOPA – which stands for Your Property Agent – is rolling out across the city after proving a hit with vendors in other parts of the country.

One Local Property Manager operating in the North West sold three properties in three days before Christmas. YOPA had been marketing all three for less than two weeks and two of them had previously been on the market with traditional high street agents.

YOPA has recruited Rachel Dickman to lead its push in Liverpool. Rachel, from Orrell Park, is a highly qualified property agent.

Across the UK, YOPA is regularly saving its customers an average of £5,348 on estate agent fees by charging vendors a flat fee. Properties are listed for sale on leading online property portals Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation.
