Bury firm Wealthcare expands with new Mayfair office
Financial services company Wealthcare has expanded its presence in the capital with a new office in London’s West End.
The Bury-headquartered firm has taken space at One Heddon Street, Mayfair, in response to its growing southern client portfolio.
Discussing the expansion, Wealthcare’s joint MD, Richard Harris, said the company has been seeking a London base for some time, with an increasing number of clients in the capital seeking advice on employee benefits, pensions and corporate finance.
Speaking further, Richard said the firm expects to hire more administrative staff and financial advisors to support the growth.
He said: “Our portfolio of clients in the South has expanded considerably and our staff are spending an increasing amount of time in London.
“It made sense to open an office there, and we wanted to be in the heart of the capital to make us more accessible.”
One Heddon Street, a five-storey, grade-II listed building, includes conference and boardroom space along with a business lounge.
Richard continued: “We expect our new London office to provide a springboard for further significant growth for Wealthcare over the next few years.”
