- £9k-12k on management time
- £21k-£25k reduced effort on generating reports
- £4k - £6k reduction in governor communication and reporting
- £30k-£40k improving access to centralised information by all staff
- £15k-£23k improving budgeting and resolving budgeting issues
- £2k-£12k reduction in unused software renewals
These savings provide a quick and tangible return on investment.
The national conference, held in London, will see the education sector come together to discuss the increasingly integral role that data takes within a college’s business and how an effective data strategy can help drive future success, given the constant changes that Further Education faces. It will also look at how this impacts sector trends and share best practice on topics including quality and standards, area reviews and restructuring, as well as leadership and management.
“The further education sector has recently seen unprecedented change and subsequently recognised the need for effective yet simple data management. We’ll be sharing practical insights from how our dashboards are quick and easy it is to implement, using them to monitor performance across a whole college, through to how best to carry out a data audit,” commented Andy Richardson, CEO, Dynistics.
“If the right data strategies are put into place in conjunction with dashboard technology, to easily visualise and gain insight from this real-time information, colleges will have the ability to plan and forecast more accurately, enabling them to face the future with confidence. MIS Professionals need the tools to help them save time and improve accountability by reporting back easily across all departments,” said Andy Richardson, CEO of Dynistics.
With proven success in the fast implementation of its dashboards within FE colleges, Dynistics education customers change the way people use data, creating a culture of data driven analytics and putting information benchmarking at the heart of their operation.
