SAS Daniels works with HCE Group on latest acquisition
The High Court Enforcement Group (HCE), which operates an office in Liverpool city centre, has acquired High Court and civil enforcement business The Sheriffs Office with the help of North West law firm SAS Daniels.
Following the transaction, during which SAS Daniels’ head of corporate Jeremy Orrell represented HCE Group, both companies will continue to work as separate legal entities under the HCE banner, which also includes judicial services firm Excel Civil Enforcement.
Commenting on the deal, Jeremy said: “The aim of the acquisition was to open up opportunities within new markets and to be able to provide greater geographical coverage.
“The deal has lived up to these objectives serving both companies with positive outcomes.”
Other advisors in the deal included legal practice asb law and accounting firm Sage & Company Business Advisors Ltd.
HCE’s group director, Martin Leyshon, commented: “The acquisition of The Sheriffs Office comes as an exciting new opportunity for us.
“The combination of experience and infrastructure from both companies will give our clients an exceptional level of support and service.”
SAS Daniels operates from offices in Stockport, Chester Macclesfield and Congleton.
