Sunday Times 100 listing for elderly homecare company

HOME Instead Senior Care – the Cheshire based provider of homecare for the elderly – has ranked No 56 on the Sunday Times 100 List.

Established by husband and wife entrepreneurs Trevor and Sam Brocklebank – the franchise business’ National Office has been rooted in Warrington for the last nine years.

Its national hub is home to the company’s nine-strong Senior Leadership Team alongside the team of experts that support its 175 franchise offices across Business Planning, Training and Development; Care Quality and Standards; IT, Finance, Legal and Marketing.

Exemplary employee engagement at the homecare provider’s national hub has been recognised with a Sunday Times 100 Listing in the Best Small Companies to Work For category.

Home Instead Senior Care is the only homecare provider to feature in its Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies list. It has been praised for its open culture and real family feel – comments that complement its ethos of delivering companionship care to the elderly.

The ranking follows on from the receipt of 3 star accreditation in the annual Best Companies™ survey. Home Instead’s report highlights that its employees believe the firm makes a difference (91%) and say working for it is anything but boring (86%).

Home Instead’s National Office and its pilot office in Northwich took part in this year’s Best Companies Survey, with scores that placed the homecare brand in the elite 3 star tier in the ‘Michelin-style’ accreditation scheme.
