Brown Turner Ross Recruits New Litigation Associate
Legal firm, Brown Turner Ross, has appointed Chris Mason, a litigation specialist, as an associate within its Liverpool office.
Making the move from a niche law firm specialising in personal injury, Mason has been hand-picked by the firm to extend its civil and commercial litigation offer, which services both corporate SME clients and individuals from offices in Southport and Liverpool.
Speaking about his appointment, Chris said:
“It has been important to me to find the right law firm that will not only allow me to enhance my client base and professional skills, but be a part of the strategic development of a forward thinking business. Accepting the role at Brown Turner Ross was an easy decision thanks to the firm’s respected presence in the North West. I’m looking forward to working alongside some of the most established, dynamic and technical expert lawyers in the UK.”
Mason will work alongside Brown Turner Ross director Dave Bushell, head of corporate law and Tony Marriott head of commercial litigation. Mason joins the firm at a time when Brown Turner Ross reports a 10 percent upsurge in corporate cases in the last quarter.
Dave Bushell, director and head of corporate law at Brown Turner Ross, said:
“Chris is exactly what we need at Brown Turner Ross. His energy and enthusiasm will be a real driving force as we service our ever-growing portfolio of clients across the UK. As the SME market in the region advances at an unprecedented pace, we are actively recruiting individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm to best service the legal needs of our clients.”
Sam Bushell, director and head of family law added:
“Chris is a highly motivated individual who has a passion for his craft and is keen to aid the strategic development of Brown Turner Ross within the region. We provide legal services from cradle to grave, working collaboratively and drawing on the expertise of our whole team for our clients. We look forward to teaming up with Chris on both civil and commercial litigation.”
