Croydon business tower welcomes raft of new tenants
One Croydon, the new 23-storey office block next to East Croydon train station, has welcomed a flurry of new tenants, reflecting continued growth in the Borough’s business space market.
Parts of the 2nd, 9th and 10th floors have been let by joint agents Savills and Stiles Harold Williams to Bluelight Global Solutions, Thistle Initiatives and John Cobb Consulting - totalling circa. 7,000 sq ft.
The 82 metre high building provides 160,000 sq ft of Grade A open plan space in London’s largest suburban office market.
Floors three, five and the reception area are currently undergoing extensive refurbishment and will be ready for occupation this June.
One Croydon’s current availability for the 1st floor is 7,236 sq ft, as well 7,583 sq ft on the 3rd floor, 7,583 sq ft on the 5th floor and finally part of the 16th floor still offers 1,068 sq ft.
Holly Purvis, Associate for Stiles Harold Williams, said: “One Croydon agreeing three new tenancies in the first quarter of the year cements the building’s status as the borough’s most iconic business tower.”
