Two key appointments at Newcastle office of Knight Frank
Property consultancy Knight Frank has made two key appointments in Emily Seager and Judith Summers as Lease Advisory Associate Directors in its Newcastle upon Tyne office.
Emily joins Knight Frank from the Newcastle office of Sanderson Weatherall, where she led the Lease Advisory department. Prior to that she led the Newcastle Lease Advisory department of JLL.
Judith was previously with Bilfinger GVA for some 25 years where she led the Newcastle Lease Consultancy department.
In their new roles with Knight Frank, Emily and Judith will advise clients on a wide range of lease issues including rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructures on commercial properties throughout the north-east region.
Knight Frank Newcastle office head Peter Bowden said: “We are delighted to welcome Emily Seager and Judith Summers to the Knight Frank Newcastle team. Our office has gone from strength to strength over the last five years and the recruitment of Emily and Judith, who each bring a depth and breadth of experience, is a real asset to our client offer. Emily and Judith will work closely with our market leading property management, agency, capital market, rating, and building consultancy teams.”
