Online retailer Jazooli expands into 36,000 sq ft warehouse
E-commerce firm Jazooli has expanded with the acquisition of a larger warehouse to support its growth strategy.
The South Manchester-based electronic gadgets and accessories retailer has increased its footprint to 36,000 sq ft after outgrowing its previous 2,500 sq ft premises, where it has been based since 2012.
The company’s director, Sam Wilson, said: “Our fast-growth means we’ve had to quickly develop our infrastructure to support this.”
Afrapoco Limited, which trades as Jazooli, was advised by Manchester-based HRC Law during the deal.
Sam continued: “The team at HRC were considered throughout the transaction, prioritising the protection of our interests and business. We had peace of mind throughout the transaction.”
Founded in 2008, today Jazooli sells its product range to both nationally and internationally.
Commercial property solicitor Helen Marsh, a partner at HRC Law, commented: “Location can be everything for a business – especially when a business depends on its logistics and supply chain as much as Jazooli does.
“We all knew that it was imperative to secure this new warehouse in order for the company to continue on their upward curve.”
She added: “We are pleased that we were able to complete the acquisition within the short timescale required.”
