Primas Law expands with London office launch and rebrand

Boutique Manchester and Cheshire commercial law firm, Primas Law, has revealed a new corporate identity amid a period of national growth for the firm.

Primas Law, which was founded in 2014 by Adam Kerr, has also opened a central London office in response to client growth in the South East.

The firm, which focusses entirely on commercial clients, will be based at 1 More London Riverside, located in London Bridge City.

Primas has put quality at the heart of its new branding which, according to its partners, is helping it attract increased levels of work from across the UK.

Adam Kerr, senior partner, said: “When the firm launched in 2014, we set out to have a clear approach that quality should underpin everything we do. This approach is built around great service, clear pricing and outcome focussed advice – attributes that many law firms struggle to deliver consistently.

“It has been a recipe for success. We started with a small group of commercial clients and by helping them achieve positive legal outcomes and giving them the best possible service, our reputation for quality has grown very quickly. We are proud to say that we now have a large number of high quality and well known businesses as our clients.”

Primas Law has offices in Daresbury, Cheshire, and opened an office in Fountain Street, Manchester in 2015 following the arrival of Simon Baxter to head up its development and real estate team.

Speaking on the opening of the firm’s London office, Simon said: “Our refreshing approach to the delivery of legal services has resulted in exciting new instructions from developers, social housing providers and commercial clients, with a national spread. Having a base in London will enable us to be closer to our growing South East client base.”

Adam Kerr added: “Our rebrand is a reflection of our status as a firm that has developed a substantial reputation for excellent service delivery. We want our clients, prospective clients and intermediaries to know that we won’t compromise on our service driven way of doing business.

“The next 12 months and beyond look very exciting and we are looking to recruit new talent across our teams.”
