Beaconsfield Estates welcomes new tenants to Manchester city centre offices

Property investment firm Beaconsfield Estates LLP has secured new occupants at two of its recently revamped office sites in Manchester city centre.

Alexandra Associates (UK) Limited, a provider of pension reviews and investment advice, has signed up for a 1,913 sq ft second-floor unit at the Kenworthys Buildings on Bridge Street.

The company will move to the new offices, taken on a five-year lease, from its current base in Lymm near Warrington.

Elsewhere, property investment consultancy Stewart Montrose is set to take a 539 sq ft third-floor suite at 49 King Street on a three-year lease.

Beaconsfield acquired both buildings in 2015, expanding a portfolio that already encompasses Manchester properties 1 North Parade, 5 The Parsonage, 34 King Street and 74 King Street/41 Cross Street.

Commercial property firm Canning O’Neill is the sole letting agent on the Kenworthys Buildings and 49 King Street.

Conrad O’Neill, director of Canning O’Neill, said: “Beaconsfield have carried out a high quality refurbishments at both buildings to provide character offices with a ‘boutique’ style.

“Attention to detail has been paramount with a mix of retained original features and contemporary finishes.”

He added: “Both buildings offer attractive offices with distinctive style and character, aimed at small to medium sized businesses. The proof of the pudding is the fact that both lettings were signed prior to completion of the refurbishment works.”
