New Group Business Development Manager joins GI Insight

Key appointment positions company to grow by continuing to develop strong client relationships

Leicester (June, 2016) – GI Insight, the customer insight people, have confirmed the appointment of James Jose as Group Business Development Manager. This appointment comes at an exciting time when the firm is making significant movements by integrating real-time data with other offline and online information.

James has been brought in to introduce GI Insight as a fully integrated marketing solutions provider, delivering ‘single customer view’ communications. James will be working very closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop clear messaging for prospective clients in order to demonstrate how GI Insight is the solution to increasing ROI.

James has a very strong background working in business development having held several senior director positions across the print and direct mail market. James has worked at a range of companies including Eclipse Colour and Alderson Print Group, and has extensive experience winning and maintaining blue chip contracts in this competitive sector.

The appointment of James comes at an exciting time as the company is growing and is in the midst of enhancing its omni-channel customer insight capability by integrating real-time digital analytics into its range of services. The ability to live track customers online interactions enables GI Insight to reinforce the offline SCV database to continue to build loyalty and react to customers far more effectively.
