Lingerie retailer Bravissimo to establish 5000 sq ft store at Liverpool ONE
Lingerie and swimwear retailer Bravissimo is set to make its debut at Liverpool ONE with the launch of a new two-level store.
Along with its sister brand Pepperberry, the fashion firm is moving into 5,000 sq ft of space on Peter’s Lane this autumn.
Founded in 1995, today Bravissimo operates via its online store and 25 high street locations across the UK.
Miles Dunnett, the director of portfolio management at Grosvenor Fund Management, which owns the Liverpool ONE shopping complex, said: “Having achieved our strongest sales and footfall since opening, it is a great time to welcome Bravissimo to Liverpool ONE.
“Peter’s Lane is a great location for the brand and alongside designer fashion, the store will be a strong addition to the ever evolving retail offer.”
Real estate firms Cushman & Wakefield and Metis represented Liverpool ONE during the deal, while Reid Rose Gregory acted for Bravissimo.
Peter’s Lane serves as the fashion hub of Liverpool ONE, housing brands such as Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Reiss and Ted Baker.
Bravissimo is one of a number of national and international firms to set up shop at Liverpool ONE in recent months, joining US footwear firm Skechers and ping-pong and pool concept bar Roxy Ball Room in expanding the complex’s retail and leisure offer.
