Taylor&Emmet property team hosts Brexit breakfast
Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is inviting local businesses to a special breakfast seminar exploring the repercussions of the EU referendum on the property market.
The firm’s expert solicitors will be gathering professionals from across the city region to look at possible changes to property policy and legislation.
Held in the Adelphi Room at Sheffield’s Crucible Theatre on July 14, exactly three weeks after the historic vote, the seminar will be led by Taylor&Emmet’s James Parden, a litigation specialist with particular expertise in landlord and tenant disputes.
The event will look at the impact of the EU referendum on the property market and include an update on case law and the Civil Procedure Rules. Delegates will also have an opportunity to network with colleagues and ask questions of the Taylor&Emmet team.
James said: “Our Property Focus seminars are always well attended by an enthusiastic and appreciative audience of local professionals, who represent all sides of the sector. We are expecting a record turnout for this event, as the industry will not only wish to stay up to date with current legislative developments, but also understand how the aftermath of the referendum will change their working practises.”
Taylor&Emmet’s breakfast seminar is free to attend and will run from 8am to 10am. To reserve a place or for more information about the firm’s Property Focus series of events, telephone (0114) 218 4000, visit www.tayloremmet.co.uk/events or follow the firm on Twitter, @tayloremmet.
