“We’ve made a name for ourselves over the past 20 years by creating stunning campaigns for clients, backed up with the security of strategies anchored in insight. It’s especially pleasing to see yet another senior position come from within the organisation.

“Lee joined us at the very start of his career and has worked his way up through the business. Equally, to see Joseph return after several years away progressing other projects, shows just what a compelling proposition Propaganda has. It’s a mark of how importantly we regard creativity, that we now have this representation at this level on our board.”

Bennett added: “This new joint role will help to keep Propaganda at the forefront of creativity and allow us to continue delivering work that works for our range of clients.

“I’ve been incredibly proud of the creative output from this department over the years, from Ann Summers and Tangle Teezer to Clipper Logistics and MagnaColours. Working alongside Joseph means we can approach new and existing clients with renewed vigour.”

Hughes concluded: “It’s fantastic to be back at an agency I’ve enjoyed so many great times with. While the world has changed, the principles Propaganda prides itself on haven’t.

“Powerful brand and business insights that lead to hard working creative that actually does what its supposed to do is still incredibly hard to come by, and that’s what makes Propaganda special. I’m looking forward to working closely with Lee to challenge the industry and provide bold work for clients.”
