Durham tools manufacturer invests in latest tech with Barclays linkup
Entering a new partnership with Barclays, Durham tool manufacturer Mold Systems Limited has invested in the latest CNC milling technology to boost its output.
Forging a nine year partnership with the bank, the Aycliffe-headquartered company has purchased five axis CNC milling machines.
The business, which specialises in technologies such as two shot closures, multi-component, gas injection and in-mould labelling, will be able to increase its output capacity with the new machinery now added to its arsenal.
Terry Robinson, Technical Director, Mold Systems Ltd said “The combination of 35 year’s-experience and unrivalled capacity make Mold Systems uniquely able to handle everything from small pilot tools through to large complex suites of tools and we pride ourselves on our innovation, service and quality.
“The new equipment that has been installed will increase our technical capability, productivity and quality allowing all our customers to benefit from the lowest cost of ownership on high tech tooling.”
