Accountants Stafford & Co acquire new Bolton premises with RBS funding

Accountancy firm Stafford & Co has invested in the acquisition of new premises in Bolton with funding from the Royal Bank of Scotland.

The company used to six-figure boost to purchase a three-level office on Chorley Old Road that includes dedicated client meeting rooms.

Stafford & Co, which provides services such as accountancy, audit, business growth and tax advice, was founded in 2003 and today employs a team of nine. The firm plans to create an additional two roles in the near future.

Rob Stafford, the managing partner at Stafford & Co, said: “We are an incredibly forward-thinking firm and as such, growth has been our key focus during the last few years.

“We are always looking to improve the way we work with our customers and part of our success has been down to our continued investment into IT and cloud based technology.”

Rob explained that due to continued growth, Stafford & Co’s former premises were no longer suited to the company’s needs.

Discussing the RBS support, Rob said: “Aside from the funding provision, our relationship manager Steve Molyneux has continued to be a great support to the business, being on hand to guide us through the process.”
