JLA to create 100 jobs following Salford Exchange Quay expansion
Asset supply and maintenance provider JLA Group has signed a ten year lease to take office space at the Exchange Quay development in Salford Quays.
Procuring 10,800 sq ft of offices from Hunter Real Estate Investment Managers, the firm says it will be creating 100 jobs at the site in the next three years.
Stephen Baxter, CEO at JLA, said: “Expanding into Exchange Quay is another great development for JLA.
“We believe that the location and environment at Exchange Quay will help us to attract and recruit even more great people to add to the JLA team, which is fundamental to enable us to achieve our ambitious growth goals.”
The news follows the recent announcement that investment company AJ Bell is relocating 450 staff to the Exchange Quay, joining firms including Space & Time Media, insurance firm 1st Central, American multinational conglomerate corporation 3M and more at the site.
Jeremy Birkett-Jones, investment director at Hunter, added: “We are pleased to welcome JLA to our growing tenant mix.
“The momentum at Exchange Quay is showing no sign of slowing as the space is being steadily snapped up by occupiers who are keen to be part of the enhanced working environment we have created.”
