Digital launch marks Asons Solicitors’ expansion into holiday illness claims
Law firm Asons Solicitors has expanded with the launch of a new brand and website to stimulate growth in its newest department.
Claim Holiday Illness, operating from claimholidayillness.com, will focus on claims stemming from unsanitary conditions at package holiday resorts.
Claims handlers Rebecca Shaw and Noopur Taank have recently joined Bolton-based Asons’ holiday claims team, but the company is hoping to grow the department further and recruit additional claims specialists as it increases its caseload.
According to Asons, the team currently has 771 files in progress.
Commenting on the launch, Rebecca said: “Asons produced the new Claim Holiday Illness site to try and help our clients to see if they have a complaint to make against their accommodation provider, and to win a settlement that would provide funds for a replacement holiday; the safe, healthy holiday that they were entitled to when they booked the original which made them unwell.
“Holidaymakers save and plan throughout the year to be able to pay for a holiday, so it’s far from fair when a tour operator lets them down.”
